Introduction

Download the document below to see an example of what a basic image analysis pipeline looks like in Jupyter notebook.

The example does not showcase every tool or technique that an image pipeline could use. But for those unfamiliar with Jupyter notebooks, it does show how a basic pipeline would be structured.
