Hybrid Instructions for using BI Platform and BreedBase

About the transition. Breeding Insight (BI) is actively developing a suite of digital tools for breeding management and analysis. One of those tools is a new application that will streamline user workflows using any BrAPI compliant database, like BreedBase.

For now, this new application is in a temporary transition phase. During this transition, users will need to use Breeding Insight’s platform* to access some features, and the BreedBase platform to access others. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that this dual-system may cause. In the near future, users will only need to interact directly with the Breeding Insight application.

Here, we offer a breakdown of which features can be accessed from each platform during the transition.
